Stealth Air Carbon construction

The ZENDIT frame was designed specifically around the Avinox M2S drive system rather than adapted from an existing platform. Its carbon construction uses six-axis CNC machining for frame drilling and finishing, replacing hand-finishing processes.

Sealed suspension pivots

The pivot system draws on Mondraker Factory Racing development and uses the same approach as the Summum downhill frame. Single-size Enduro Max bearings simplify maintenance, while two additional rubber seals help extend bearing life.

Revised ZERO suspension

The 165mm rear suspension has revised kinematics to provide support and active traction under the Avinox motor's power. Mondraker and Fox developed a specific Float X shock tune for the bike. A 36-tooth chainring supports drivetrain durability, while optimised anti-squat helps maintain efficient pedalling.

Progressive suspension kinematics

The suspension offers 27% progression with a 205x65mm shock, suited to larger-volume air shocks. Anti-squat is approximately 105% at sag, while approximately 99% anti-rise at sag helps retain rear-wheel traction under braking with minimal braking influence on the suspension.

Proportional sizing and wheel choice

The standard mixed-wheel configuration is paired with 450mm chainstays on S, M and M/L frames, and 455mm chainstays on L and XL frames. Pivot placement is adjusted to preserve the same leverage ratio across sizes. A lower flip-chip accommodates a 29-inch rear wheel, adding 7mm to chainstay length without changing suspension kinematics, bottom bracket height or key angles.

Avinox M2S drive system

The M2S supplies 130Nm of torque, increasing to 150Nm in Boost mode, with 1300W peak power and an 800% assistance level. The compact drive unit weighs 2.65kg and measures 107mm high by 172mm long.

Integrated 800Wh battery

The integrated 800Wh battery weighs approximately 3.77kg. Self-discharge, state-of-health management and voltage reduction help maximise battery life, with 80% capacity retained after 500 charge cycles.

Customisable riding assistance

Eco prioritises efficient long-range riding, Auto adjusts assistance to riding resistance, and Trail supports mixed technical terrain. Turbo helps with steep climbs and challenging obstacles. Boost provides up to 60 seconds of 150Nm torque and a maximum 1300W output for extreme terrain.
