The shop confirms your booking, the work needed and the quote. Parts availability and the repair can affect timing.

Do not ride with a safety-critical brake, frame or steering fault. Call the workshop for advice.

Strip, clean, inspect and rebuild. Gears and brakes adjusted, bearings checked and fasteners torqued.

Ask the workshop to check the bike and identify what needs attention before your next ride.

Fork and shock servicing, from lower-leg work to damper rebuilds. Tell us the suspension make and model.

Tell us the brake make and symptoms. Do not ride with unreliable brakes; arrange a workshop inspection.

Help with punctures and tubeless setup. Tell us the wheel size and tyre setup.

A frame-up build with parts chosen around your bike, riding and budget.

Describe the fault and your bike. The workshop will confirm the work needed and your booking.
