Stealth Air Carbon frame
The Zendit frame was developed specifically around the Avinox M2S drive system rather than adapted from an existing platform. Its carbon construction uses six-axis CNC machining for drilling and finishing in place of hand finishing.
Sealed suspension bearings
The pivot system draws on Mondraker Factory Racing development and uses the same layout as the Summum downhill frame. Single-size Enduro Max bearings simplify maintenance, while two additional rubber seals help extend bearing life.
Updated ZERO suspension
Revised kinematics provide greater support and a more active response to handle the M2S motor's output. Mondraker and Fox developed a specific Float X2 tune for the XR, while a 36-tooth chainring and optimised anti-squat help balance drivetrain durability and pedalling efficiency.
Kinematics in numbers
The suspension delivers 27% progression with a 205x65mm shock, suiting larger-volume air shocks. Anti-squat is approximately 105% at sag, while approximately 99% anti-rise helps retain rear-wheel traction and limit braking's effect on suspension.
Proportional sizing and wheel options
The standard mixed-wheel configuration is paired with 450mm chainstays on S, M and M/L frames and 455mm chainstays on L and XL frames. Pivot positions are adjusted to maintain the same leverage ratio across sizes. A lower flip-chip allows a 29-inch rear wheel, increasing chainstay length by 7mm without changing suspension kinematics, bottom bracket height or key angles.
Avinox M2S drive system
The M2S provides 130Nm of torque, rising to 150Nm in Boost mode, with 1300w peak power and up to 800% assistance. The compact motor weighs 2.65kg and measures 107mm high by 172mm long.
Integrated 800Wh battery
The integrated 800Wh battery weighs approximately 3.77kg. Self-discharge, state-of-health management and voltage reduction help maximise battery life, with 80% capacity maintained after 500 charge cycles.
Customisable riding assistance
Eco prioritises range on flatter terrain, Auto continuously adjusts assistance to riding resistance, and Trail supports mixed technical riding. Turbo helps with steep climbs and obstacles. Boost delivers up to 60 seconds of 150Nm torque and a maximum 1300 Watts for extreme terrain.
