Delivery & collection

UK parts delivery

Standard parts delivery costs £5.95 for orders below £75, UK-wide. UK delivery is free on orders over £75. For an order totalling exactly £75, please contact us to confirm postage before ordering.

Delivery times & bike orders

Contact us before placing your order to confirm the expected dispatch and delivery dates. We do not publish a fixed delivery estimate. For bikes, pre-orders and special orders, we will confirm delivery arrangements and any applicable charge before you commit to buying.

Availability on a product page is not a guaranteed delivery date. If an agreed delivery date cannot be met, contact the shop to discuss your options; your statutory rights are unaffected.

Collection

Collection from our Kirkcaldy shop is free. Please wait for the shop to confirm that your order is ready before travelling.

Problems with delivery

If an order is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or someone you have nominated, subject to your statutory rights.
