Buying from Single Track Racing

These terms apply to consumer purchases from our shop. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Check the product, size, colour, price and delivery arrangements before ordering. Please contact us if a specification, compatibility detail or availability is unclear.

Orders & payment

Online card checkout is currently being set up and is not available for live payments. Contact us to arrange a purchase. Before you commit, we will confirm the goods, total price, any delivery charge and the agreed delivery or collection arrangements. Pre-order availability does not mean an item is ready for immediate dispatch.

If we identify an error or cannot supply an item, we will contact you rather than substitute goods or charge a different price without your agreement.

Delivery, cancellation & warranties

Read our delivery and collection policy, returns and cancellation policy and warranty information. Additional terms for bespoke goods or workshop work must be explained and agreed before purchase or work begins.

Rights & resolving problems

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us if you have a problem so we can try to resolve it. Applicable UK consumer law protects your purchase; these terms do not remove protections you are legally entitled to.
