Single Track Racing handles personal information supplied through this shop website. Contact us using the form or phone number below for privacy questions or requests.

Information we use & why

Orders may contain your name, email, phone number, delivery address, purchased items and payment status. We use this to fulfil purchases, provide order access and arrange delivery. Workshop bookings and contact enquiries contain the information you submit so we can respond and provide the requested service.

These activities rely on fulfilling a contract or taking steps at your request before a contract. Necessary business records may be kept to meet legal obligations. Site security, troubleshooting and handling enquiries also rely on legitimate interests in running and protecting the shop. Optional analytics and brand personalisation rely on your consent.

Who receives information

We share the delivery information needed by couriers to deliver your order. Service providers also process information to run the website: Lovable Cloud provides hosting and shop records, email services deliver shop messages, and Stripe processes card payments when checkout is enabled. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored as full card numbers in our shop records.

The customer assistant uses an AI service to process messages and provide answers. Manager-requested AI email drafts may process enquiry text. Please do not put payment details or sensitive personal information into chat. The shop does not persist customer chat conversations as shop records; this is not a promise that service providers keep no processing logs.

If you opt in, Contentsquare processes visit and interaction information for analytics. Providers may process information outside the UK; the applicable transfer safeguards and provider retention arrangements still require confirmation before live checkout launch.

Cookies & local storage

Essential storage supports your basket, sign-in and privacy choices. The assistant uses a session flag to avoid repeating its invitation. Optional analytics uses Contentsquare to measure visits and interactions. Optional personalisation keeps viewed-brand counts on this device to order brand videos; it does not use browsing history from other websites.

Both optional categories remain off until you choose them. You can reject them and still shop, contact us or book a service. You can change your choices at any time. Withdrawing analytics permission reloads the page to stop the previously loaded tracker.

Keeping information

Order, booking and enquiry information is kept for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal obligations. A detailed retention schedule has not yet been confirmed; contact us for information about a specific record. This notice will be updated when the schedule and provider arrangements are confirmed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations.
