Cover depends on the supplier
Manufacturer warranty periods, covered components, exclusions and registration requirements vary by brand and product. We do not offer a single blanket manufacturer warranty period. Contact us to confirm the cover for a specific product before purchasing.
Making a claim
Use our contact form or phone number. Include proof of purchase or your order number, the product and a description of the issue; photos may help us assess the next step. We will explain the applicable supplier process and any inspection or return arrangements.
Your consumer rights
A manufacturer warranty is additional to your statutory rights, not a replacement for them. You can contact Single Track Racing about faulty, unfit or misdescribed goods whether or not a manufacturer warranty remains in force. See our returns policy. You are not responsible for faulty-item return postage.
