Conversion crown for standard steerers
Hope’s tapered headset can accept a standard 1 1/8” fork steerer when used with an additional conversion crown. The guide identifies HS138 as the lower steerer crown converter for 1 1/8" to 1.5" conversion.

Hope advises checking accurate dimensions rather than relying on headset style names alone. Its tapered headset is designed for frames accepting an integral 1 1/8” top cup and a 1.5” integral bottom cup.
