Electric assistance, familiar trail feel
Developed alongside the non-electric F-Trick range, the F-Play aims to retain a light, agile and responsive ride. Its Alloy Stealth Evo frame houses a 250Wh battery in a slim down tube and features Mondraker’s distinctive opening at the head tube junction. The F-Play 24 has 120mm of suspension travel at both ends.
Updated Zero Suspension System
The F-Play uses the updated Zero suspension design also found on the NEAT and F-PODIUM, with improved initial sensitivity and a more progressive suspension action. Mondraker describes quicker responses to pedalling and better trail feedback. The more compact layout also reduces unsprung weight and allows greater seatpost insertion depth.
Proper mountain bike equipment
The F-Play brings adult-bike technology and components to a kids’ platform. It combines 2.4-inch tyres, an ONOFF Pija dropper post and a 30mm stem paired with Forward Geometry. A 1x drivetrain and UDH mech hanger complete the trail-focused equipment described on the page.
