Stealth Alloy EVO frame
The KAOZ uses 6061 T6 aluminium with variable-thickness hydroformed tubing. The window behind the head tube acts as a stiffness link, reducing unwanted flex to keep steering accurate and responsive.
Split-forged bottom bracket shell
A two-piece forged bottom bracket shell creates a continuous transition towards the chainstays. By avoiding abrupt welds and stress concentrations, the design improves lateral stiffness and fatigue resistance for hard compressions and landings.
Tailwhip-ready brake routing
The rear brake hose has extra length to accommodate barspins and tailwhips. Silent Core internal routing and a clean cable port at the head tube help prevent cable rattle on landings.
Adjustable sliding dropouts
The sliding dropouts combine a chain tensioner with an integrated brake mount, allowing chain tension and brake calliper position to move together. This maintains brake alignment without separate readjustment, while an oversized dial makes chain tension easy to regulate.
Single-speed simplicity
The KAOZ is designed around a single-speed drivetrain, prioritising durability and simplicity. A SRAM Truvativ Descendant crankset is paired with a 30T chainring and a 12T rear sprocket.
Components built for dirt jumping
A 100mm RockShox PIKE DJ fork is paired with DT Swiss D 1900 Classic wheels and Maxxis DTH tyres. The build also includes an Onoff S6 aluminium handlebar, Onoff S3 DH seatpost and Ergon SM10 DH saddle.
Dirt jump-specific geometry
Two frame sizes are separated by 25mm of reach, giving riders a choice while retaining an agile feel. Adjustable chainstay length lets the geometry be adapted for dirt or speed.
