Low-drag sealing
Improved sealing helps keep dirt out while reducing drag. The new labyrinth seal adds no drag, helping the hub freewheel more freely.
Durable four-pawl engagement
The updated four-pawl mechanism provides 54 points of engagement with durability in mind. Revised pawls and springs improve longevity and load capacity while reducing drag, with pawls wire-cut from high-strength steel for maximum strength.
Stiffer axle and hub body
A new step-down axle design gives the freehub greater stiffness and durability. The revised hub body profile also increases stiffness without adding weight.
